If you submit or claim a business listing, you agree that:

Listing Tiers

We offer different listing tiers (Free, Premium, Pro) with varying features:

  • Free: Basic listing with essential business information
  • Premium: Enhanced visibility and additional features
  • Pro: Maximum exposure with all features included

Paid listings are billed according to the pricing displayed at time of purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Impersonate another person or business
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
  • Scrape or harvest data without permission

Payment Terms

For paid listings:

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to change
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts or listings that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Changes to Terms
